A tonkatsu restaurant where you can enjoy Yamato pork. The location is in the Grandio or West Building, which you can see on the right after exiting the central ticket gate of Kamata Station. It is directly connected to the station, which is great on days when it is so hot that you can go without going outside. In February, I had Yamato pork loin cutlet, so this time I ordered a fillet lunch. This is 80g of domestic pork instead of Yamato pork. I often choose the grand menu even for lunch, but since I eat out a lot these days, I don't want to overeat. At lunchtime, you can choose a longevity egg or a small bowl, but when I think about it, I think I've never chosen an egg, so it's the first longevity egg. Ice coffee that can be ordered with a plus set. You can add it here for 100 yen. Grind the sesame seeds while you wait. The fins are so soft that you might be able to cut them with your gums. And there seems to be a notch in the center, so you can easily cut it in half when you bite into it. The Hirekatsu on the lunch menu is not labeled as Yamato pork, so it's a different type, but the refreshing fillet is perfect for this summer's crazy heat. Shredded cabbage with a special dressing. Cabbage is fresh. At the table next to me, I get a second serving of cabbage, but I understand how you feel. However, it is enough for today's stomach without refills. When I entered the store, I was able to sit without lining up at the last seat, but there are already people waiting outside. No matter when I come, it seems that the seats are quite full, but I thought that the lunch time in the station building was rotating without waiting so much.
The experienced staff will take care of you and explain to you that you can only have 2 refills of rice and 1 refill of cabbage, so I feel completely at ease, but even though the coronavirus pandemic has ended, the seating for 4 people is probably due to that time. Management policies are outdated, such as letting one person sit and waiting at the entrance. My impression is that the seating efficiency is not good. Misokatsu is delicious.
