I visited at lunchtime. Since it was a weekday, I got the impression that there were a lot of elderly people visiting. The interior of the restaurant had a nice atmosphere reminiscent of the sea, with lamps made of driftwood and shellfish such as oysters, and pictures of fish hanging on the walls. The weight, the freshness of the fillet, and the balance of fat were good, and I couldn't help but smile when I discovered the store's name on the egg. However, my mistake was that the weight was higher than I expected and I had less rice, but I mistakenly made too much wasabi and soy sauce and ended up having some left over...I don't think anyone else would make such a mistake.
