Setagaya City, Tokyo, Japan｜Uchimura Egyptian Restaurant

It was my first Egyptian cuisine ever. Very unique as I was having it in Japan instead. But I guess it was one of the most delicious meals I ever had. I ordered Shawarma Lamb and Beef + Hummus. Those were delicious! It is near the Tokyo Camii area. So I like being here because I can go to the masjid to pray after dinner. I think it is run by two Japanese women. The atmosphere was somewhat a mixture of a very Japanese traditional restaurant but with lots of Egyptian touches. So it was unique. I recommend you to find a halal meal here!

A great exotic and vegetarian meal! Staff was very kind to explain the contents of each dish, thank you so much! The atmosphere was very relaxed, I enjoyed it.

It was my first time trying egyptian food, The food was really delicious and something different from what I ate so far. I tried the shawarma sandwich, dipping it in some fuul and it was so good. Definitely would return if in the area. 🇪🇬🥪
