They have a farm to pasta concept, using fresh ingredients from Tohoku and Hokkaido. The pasta dishes we tried were fabulous. One can decided to have normal portion withb120grams of pasta, or larger 180g & 240gram options. The service was good and speedy. Totally satisfied.

I visited for lunch for the first time. Oysters have also grown in popularity, but I chose Iwate Yongenton Arispoke steak, which takes three days to prepare. The happiness of filling your mouth with thick pork. I entered the store before noon, but it was full in no time.

I had been to the former pasta restaurant several times, but it was the first time I went there since it changed its business format and became an "Oyster Farm." It was a late lunch, so the restaurant was pretty empty (lunch is said to be open until 3pm). It's nice to have a lunch menu with a wide variety of things like pasta, omelet rice, and hamburgers. You can choose from various combinations of salad buffet, bread buffet, etc. ``Japanese style peperoncino with oysters and black seaweed in white soup'' was very delicious. I was happy to find that there were more oysters than I expected! It also goes well with sparkling. There was also kids pasta, but each of the kids in our family was free to order from the grand menu. They were very helpful in arranging the size and type of sauce! The lunch salad buffet was so delicious that I ended up having to refill it. Next time, I would definitely like to go with raw oysters and white wine! Thank you for the meal.
