Sake dish Aomon in Gotanda. It is located on the first basement floor of a building about a 5-minute walk away. Although it is underground, the ceiling is high, so there is no sense of blockage. By the way, the store name Aomon seems to refer to blue fish such as horse mackerel and mackerel. The menu is a slightly twisted dish. Aomori is an assortment of sashimi with a focus on 6 types of blue fish. All of them are delicious and look beautiful. The fried horse mackerel, which claims to have zero weight, uses horse mackerel that can be eaten as sashimi from Nagasaki Prefecture. The batter was light and deep-fried, giving it a strong umami flavor. The other dishes and the appearance were beautiful, and I felt the commitment of the shop with a little effort. Also, all the staff are friendly and polite! I feel like I found a good shop! It's not well known because I want to go there when I can, but it's reasonably priced, delicious food, and good service, so I want to tell my friends about it. I also want to enjoy other dishes slowly.

Aomon Gotanda This fried horse mackerel can only be eaten here. Freshly fried, crispy, fluffy horse mackerel with zero gravity! I want to eat both, so I often order half & half. The destructive power of the daily menu, figs pickled in precious soy sauce and served with butter yatsuhashi, was too genius. It is better to leave the energy in your stomach and definitely order the rice in the clay pot! Please order early as it takes time to cook. The flavor of the butter and the mackerel matches perfectly and is very delicious. Depending on the day, you can choose from about 5 kinds of appetizers, so I look forward to it every time. Mise de No. 1 shop used in the first half of 2023. Needless to say, the famous fried horse mackerel. The owner says, "More delicious!" A small amount of effort is given to convey the feeling.
