The Omakase experience cultivated by the owner and his staff was phenomenal. We thoroughly enjoyed the handcrafted food prepared RIGHT in front of us. Every detail mattered to the team. Thank you so much for an unforgettable dinner in Japan.

The ambience, the omasake course, quality of the food, the chef and staffs made my dining at Sushi Shin enjoyable. It was a good dining experience for me. The omakase course includes good quality sashimi and sushi from various fishes, beef was also served by the chef, caviar from Beluga, uni (sea urchins), truffles, etc. Some sushi will be served directly to your hand as they are very soft. Our chef on the evening was K. Utsugi san. He was actually quite humorous at the end of the course, speaking some English and enticed us with more delicious food when some of us decided to stop.

Best experience, very friendly chef and service staff. Usually high quality of food, extremely sensitive to season and quality.
