Minato City, Tokyo, Japan｜Shunjukusei wagyu and oden

Every dish was very delicious and the staff is super nice. The waiter was trying very hard to tell us everything we needed to know in English and it worked out so well :)

Went here on a Tuesday evening with a group of colleagues from work. Everything, from the food, to the wine, to the wine glasses, goes to show the utmost dedication to great food and great service. We had a course menu, steak was cooked perfectly , the wasabi condiment unexpected but surprisingly tasty with the steak. The stars of the evening for me were the chicken livers served 和风 style and the fish tempura. In this crazy culinary world fixated on $ and fame, so nice to have this oasis of pure goodness and hospitality.

First time stumbled in 3y ago and were blown away by the soft meat. Now have been there twice more and the meat never fails. They have a 80 day beef aging process to make it soft and bring flavour out.
