Ate at the great Hal Yamashita's flagship restaurant in Roppongi. Was quite an amazing and fun evening from start to finish. Even met the man in person! He is as nice as he is a precise and wonderful creator of delicious foods. Each bite was different but familiar. What a treasure of a man! Please do yourself a favor and come try his ever changing set menu. So worth every yen!
