This is a wonderful local restaurant/bar with a very comfortable atmosphere, and friendly owner who prepares his food with a bit of flare. Their lunch set is 1200 yen, including a small salad and your choice of one of several noodle options and one of several rice options. Presentation and quality is important so it takes a bit of time. He shows movies on the big screen while you're waiting. They have a nice array of Japanese sake and shochu for your evening meal.

After the flavor of the dashimaki egg spreads out, the umami of the saury fish spreads. There was a bit of wasabi on top, but it wasn't too spicy and was a nice accent. Twice delicious in one bite. The moment you put Dobinmushi in your mouth, the elegant aroma of matsutake mushrooms and the taste of swordfish spread out in a well-balanced manner, filling your mouth with happiness. Adding a few drops of kabosu gives it a refreshing taste. A taste of relief that will make anyone sigh at the end of a drink. The sashimi sashimi has a slightly chewy texture, and when you bite into it, you can taste the subtle sweetness. It is topped with wasabi and ginger, both of which go well with sashimi. To put it simply, ramen is an elegant seafood ramen. The soup is mainly made with clams, but it's refreshing and you can eat as much as you want. This is also a dish you'll want to end your drink with. The noodles have a strong, rich wheat flavor, and the refreshing soup enhances the flavor. There are two types of ingredients: sea bream and clam. The sea bream is crumbly and disappears in your mouth in no time. The clams are plump and chewy, allowing you to enjoy the flavor. I think some restaurants with this level of quality can cost more than 10,000 yen, but the ones that cost less than 10,000 yen per person are places where satisfaction is extremely high.

I really liked the atmosphere and interior of the store. When I visited, I had to wait a long time for the rice bowl to arrive as it was just one surgery, but I felt that the work was done with great care. I would like to try a different menu next time. revisit I was nearby for work so I had lunch there again. This time it's a collaboration set of seafood soup bowl and mini champon for ¥1300. Not only is it delicious, but it's also filling, so I think it's a good thing it's so cheap. Since my job is to make things, I tend to catch glimpses of the food being prepared, and I'm impressed by how polite and skillful the chefs are as always. I'll stop by again if I'm nearby.
