It's tucked away in a residential area. The restaurant has a bright and calm atmosphere with a view of the garden from the large windows. I had duck soup soba for 2300 yen. The presence of duck meat (Tsugaru duck) is worth the price. The firm duck meat was delicious and filling.

I had 100% soba and country soba. It was new soba from Tochigi. Even though it is 100%, it is not dry and has a waist, and it is delicious soba that is tightly tightened with cold water. 100% is black because it is ground with the husk on, while the countryside is 100% but the color is similar to Niha. 100% is a condiment of wasabi, and the countryside is a spicy radish. The buckwheat is fresh, so it tastes good with condiments. The sauce is not too much and not too little, just the right amount of soba for the sweet and spicy taste. The soba-yu is thick and comes in a pot with a lid, so shake and stir. It is located in a residential area far from the station and far from the road, but it is easy to find because there is a sign in the parking lot. There was a dancyu magazine published in 2010 called "Soba" Master, so when I asked, the owner was from Takeyabu, Chiba, where it was published. Furniture such as chairs in the store are KOMA of Ogikubo.

The name of the store was posted on the wall of a residential area that you entered from the street. A small but elegant garden can be seen from the calm interior. The counter seats are a nice place where you can see the garden right in front of you. I ordered 100% bamboo steamer and additional Inaka Soba. The first thing that was served with the tea was soba tofu. It has a concentrated soba flavor, a gentle salty taste, and is very delicious. I have high hopes for the future. First, 100% was offered. You could feel the flavor of soba, and it was delicious even on its own. The countryside that was served later also tasted like soba, and it was also delicious. It was really delicious soba. Also, one store is my favorite.
