Entered the store for the first time in 10 years. I think it was tonkotsu ramen before... It's so filling that you'll be able to fill your stomach. Just now, I ordered a set of dandan noodles, gyoza, and half-fried rice. It was served in just over 10 minutes. Dandan noodles are thin noodles that seem to be made from chicken stock. The taste is so-so. The dumplings were a little large and the meat juice came out nicely in the skin, and they were delicious compared to other Chinese restaurants in town. I managed to finish the half-fried rice, but it wasn't even half full, it was a lot. It was crunchy and delicious, but I was full from just the dandan noodles and gyoza. The waitress, perhaps noticing my figure, brought me a pot of cold water before I started eating. Thank you for your consideration. Ramen is cheap and delicious at 400 yen. The noodle ends are flat or uneven, and the soup has a simple, just-right taste...I really like this kind of soup. It was fun to see the store clerk and the regulars chatting lightly. I went there at night, but there was a queue at the bus stop in front of me, and the glass was clear and the store was bright, so I could see it from outside. It would be hell for those who care about other people's gaze.
