Went at opening at 11 on a weekday for no wait Absolutely delicious tenderloin coming out very juicy, crispy and flavorful. Maybe slow and low fried as the coating is delicate and light colored

Had an awesome meal of tonkatsu at sharikimon chawanbu. We had the hire rostsu and it was so soft and juicy and non greasy. We also ordered the curry vegetable sauce and it went well with the rice. The portions are big but somehow we all managed to finish it all! Delicious lunch and it was a nice walking area too. Highly recommended and we will come back here again!

The best tonkatsu I’ve ever had, hands down. While I typically prefer a darker katsu fry, the quality of the meat was incredible. Filet - 5/5, the deepest pork flavor of the bunch, incredibly tender Ribeye - 4.5/5, the fattiest (and typically my favorite cut until now!) Loin - 4/5, way juicier than I thought possible with this cut! I was tempted to rate four stars given how much pricier this place is than other delicious katsu restaurants, but I truly have never had such a high quality of pork before. I strongly recommend the filet, but even the cheapest pork loin was exceptional.
