This restaurant is called Midnight Diner. I was so busy that I couldn't eat lunch, and I ate half-heartedly in the evening, so I was hungry late at night, so I visited Sobahiro, which I had been curious about for a while. Even though it was past 3 a.m., it was very busy, with young people who looked like drivers working late at night sipping soba noodles. On my first visit, I ordered red ginger tempura soba topped with chicken tempura and shungiku tempura. An older man who appeared to be the owner was making soba noodles on his own. The inside of the restaurant is small, and if four people line up at the standing counter, it will be full. There are also two simple tables that seat four people outside. I wanted to eat in peace, but there were 3 or 4 customers waiting for a seat, so I hurriedly ate and left. The taste of soba is a little thick soup and not very chewy. The tempura was crispy and the soba was hot and delicious. I think the softness of the meal is good for digestion at this time of day. Moreover, adding two tempura toppings for 850 yen is the best value for money. I was intrigued by the inari sushi and croquettes in a glass case, so I'd like to try those next time.

It is a soba and udon restaurant that is only open late at night. It's basically a standing meal. When I asked why they only do it at night, they said it was because there weren't many people walking during the day. Before going to work, I'm targeting people on the way home from work. As soon as you get off the bus stop, it's right in front of you, so you'll want to stop by. There are other word of mouth, but red ginger heaven is good anyway. I've eaten it at an izakaya before, but I wonder if it's so good when it's mixed with the soba sauce. It is a powerful red ginger that is as strong as the taste of the soup. Shungiku, horse mackerel, sausage, maitake mushrooms, etc. are all you want to choose, but since they are fried after the store opens, all kinds may not be available until around 23:30. It's a shop that you can't help but go to in the middle of the night on a motorcycle.

It's always delicious, I always order croquettes☆ Sweet and delicious♪ The splendor of customer service and personality are fans along with soba ♡
