There is a meat shop called Uchino in nearby Kudan, and I often buy and eat croquettes and mince cutlets, so I have already researched what they are delicious. I visited a tonkatsu restaurant run by such a butcher for lunch. Great location in front of JR Ichigaya Station. For the first time this time, I ordered a loin cutlet set meal for lunch service. A large, crispy fried loin cutlet with plenty of our special sauce, and let it bounce on the rice. Loin cutlet with plenty of gravy is irresistible! It's a simple pork cutlet, but you can't help but feel the pride of the butcher. High level. However, I wonder why the butcher's deep-fried food is not lost. After all, the point is that the meat is fresh and has a good eye. When you want to eat a full dinner in front of Ichigaya Station, Tonkatsu Uchi is the rule.
