Toshima City, Tokyo, Japan｜鴨台食堂

A restaurant located on the campus of Taisho University. It is separate from the school cafeteria and can be used by the general public. It's on a high floor, so the view is great. We were there for lunch, but the chef made a chiffon cake, so we shared the meal. I think it's a hidden gem.

Recommended daily lunch This is the only place near Nishi-Sugamo where you can have a leisurely meal. The staff's smile is wonderful The food may take a while to come out, but you can assume that the food is carefully prepared and enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant. I use the Saturday half buffet when I want to feel a little richer. Children are half price, but the same main dishes as adults are served. I'm full until dessert. Chocolate fondue is delicious. It's cheaper and easier to use than the hotel buffet. However, it is quite popular, so it is easier to enter if you go during opening hours. I wish I could do Sundays and dinner too.
