More Comments at Google MapI wanted to eat soba so I searched for it and it seemed to have good reviews so I went there. Kanto soba had a strong soy sauce taste, but I liked the sweet tsuyu flavor. The tempura was also crispy and delicious. The price was reasonable, and I would like to eat it again if I have the chance.
June 2023 Aiming for walnut soba. The walnut soba here is really delicious!
This soba restaurant is located a short walk from Shimoitabashi Station towards Hakusan Dori. The atmosphere of the restaurant is that of a typical ``town soba restaurant,'' but the lighting is dimmed and the atmosphere is calm. The menu is rich and distinctive. They seem to be particular about using ingredients from Hokkaido. While browsing through the many options, I changed my order from ``Kita no Yasai Tenseiro Soba'' (1,100 yen) to ``Inaka Soba'' (+ 200 yen). ``Inaka Soba'' comes in two types: hoso-uchi and chu-uchi, but unfortunately the latter was out of stock. Inaka soba served with a rich and fragrant ``special walnut soup'' is chewy and exquisite! The quantity is also reasonable. The tempura was also delicious and all served with salt. Finish off with a melty soba soup. There were many reasonably priced alcoholic side dishes, so I think it's a good place to go for a drink. I'd like to try the thicker version next time, so I'm sure I'll be repeating it.
