More Comments at Google MapI highly enjoyed the soy sauce ramen I had! As other reviews have said, it is lighter tasting, but I think that is what makes it delicious. You can taste the ingredients, and can tell that it is very fresh and natural. I loved how the taste of the seaweed combined with the soup, and the egg was one of the best I have ever had. Everything about it was fantastic, thank you for the wonderful meal!
The soup was very delicious and my body was happy with it, so I drank the soup with peace of mind. It's true that it's more of a soba or udon soup than ramen, but the dried sardines were effective, and the more I ate it, the more my taste buds sharpened and it really felt like ramen. It wasn't salty, the broth had depth, and the ingredients were simple and delicious. I think 900 yen to 1000 yen is reasonable. People whose taste buds are used to rich ramen may not be satisfied with it, but I think women and those who are health conscious will appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant's equipment and accessories (signboards, chopstick holders, tissue boxes, etc.) I thought that if there were some improvements to the (luxury feel), the level of satisfaction would be higher. I want to see more shops like this in Itabashi, so I hope they do their best.
You will be surprised when you take a first bite of the soup. No off-taste. I will enter smoothly as if I was drinking water. However, it is strange that the soy sauce is just the right amount, not that the taste is thin. Therefore, after finishing eating, I didn't feel any strange guilt or guilt that is unique to ramen. I feel like I probably won't get fat even if I go every day (laughs). Thank you for the meal.
