I finally came here when the timing was right. I received a bamboo steamer with a roof. This is the first time I've had hand-made soba with such a firm texture! I was impressed! Tempura is shrimp, vegetables, and mushrooms. I had the tempura seasoned with shio, but I could tell that each piece of tempura had been carefully fried, and I was very satisfied. Each table seat has its own space, and there are partitions to keep people from looking at you, and the counter seats for single diners are also decorated with small items, giving you a sense of hospitality.
