I arrived at 11:40 and was the only person in line. However, since it rotates well, I was able to get it into the store right away. Even the mild Thai curry (with salad and plain yogurt) felt moderately spicy, but it was delicious. (It was perfect for me, who doesn't like spicy food.) It was quite crowded, but I think the customer service was polite and good. My impression was that 90% of the customers were office workers. I feel like the price is fair or a little high.
