Sashimi was absolutely delicious!

Sashimi is the best. Even though it is close to the river bank, the effort to maintain the quality of sashimi must be considerable. The refreshing proprietress feels good again. There are few restaurants that serve delicious sashimi, so I think I will go again.

As I push through the noren curtain that covers about the top one-eighth of the sliding door, I hear the owner's dashing voice, and as if I'm being pushed back, I reply, ``Amberjack''. On the product list at the store, there is a circle with the word "heaven" in it, and next to it is the word "kanpachi." To be honest, I didn't know what they meant, but at least I wanted to order it just because it wasn't yellowtail. I ended up having the amberjack sashimi set meal, and the sashimi was refreshing and not heavy. A slightly sweet and spicy hijiki stew. The miso soup with nameko, komatsuna, and fried tofu is something you won't find anywhere else. The restaurant is small, so we ate in silence. The fact that the store sells out even though it has only been open shows how quickly customers are arriving. If you want to have lunch while having a leisurely chat, please go elsewhere. Just pop in, eat, and be satisfied. I think it's a store for working people.
