This was our first bowl of legit ramen in Japan. We ordered what was on the photos on the wall. It tasted like a light shoyu base ramen. A nice large slice of chashu, some veggies, and bamboo shoots. This ramen tasted like home made ramen that a Japanese grandma would make. Light, tasty, healthy, something you could have everyday. The gyoza was tasty as well. Even though we didn't speak any Japanese, the nice lady or owner did her best to help us order and was very friendly.

We all die eventually, so why not try ramen at every area known to man.
