An appetizer of firefly squid topped with Italian tomato sauce. Not only the pickled tuna but also the other sashimi are carefully prepared and very delicious. The shrimp shinjo has a strong shiitake mushroom flavor, and the white fish tempura is fluffy and soft. And the round eggplant grilled with shrimp has a rich bisque-like flavor. Each dish is prepared one by one by the chef while checking on the progress of the customers. A highly recommended shop.
