A local yakitori restaurant in Kitasuna, specializing in takeout. Even in this day and age, you can purchase a variety of skewers of chicken, pork, beef, seafood, etc. for around 100 yen each, with a light, smooth sauce flavor, and the perfect amount of saltiness. The kids love it too, and lately X'MAS has been our yakitori at home. All of them are delicious, but we especially recommend ``Pork Kashira'', ``Plum/Yuzu Pepper Fillet'', ``Tsukune (Sauce)'', and ``Pork Belly (Sauce/Salt)''!

A variety of skewers from Niku no Nakajima (3-1-36 Kitasuna), just to the left of the west entrance of Sunamachi Ginza. Here, the “sauce” of “(chicken) skin” is superb. Even if you don't like Kawa, please try this wonderful "Crisp and Juwa" once. It's getting more and more baked, and it's selling more and more, so go early!
