Arrived at 12:15 on weekdays. I went there many times during the coronavirus pandemic, but it was closed for a while, and it wasn't open on Saturdays and Sundays, so I couldn't find a time to go...I just happened to be able to visit on a day when I was working from home. It was full so I waited on a bench. The female clerk is smiling and nice ◎ After about 5 minutes of waiting, a seat became available, and my ramen arrived about 10 minutes after I sat down. Contains soy sauce, back fat, and onions. It's insanely delicious. The medium-thick curly noodles are smooth. The soup has a mild taste. On the other hand, the onions had a really strong punch and there were a lot of them, so I couldn't stop eating them. I don't usually drink soup at any restaurant, but I couldn't stop eating it. There was a lot of backfat in it, but it wasn't heavy. Even though there was a lot of noodles, menma, onions, green onions, and back fat, I finished it in less than 5 minutes. It was full of satisfaction. I will visit you again soon. Next, I plan to make soy sauce, back fat, and seasoned eggs. I want to make New Year's Eve ramen, so I want them to do it at the end of the year as well.

At the ticket vending machine, buy fat soy sauce ramen with onions ￥850, flavored egg ￥110, half rice ￥100 and call for hard noodles. There is iced coffee service in the morning first. At the U-shaped counter 🍜Rice bowl in about 7 minutes On top of thick back fat, coarsely chopped onions, 2 slices of pork belly chashu, menma, and 🍥. First of all, the soup is delicious! The kaeshi is really delicious, with no soy sauce and a round chin soup with plenty of water, flat curly noodles, and the sweetness of the back fat. The piping hot and delicious soup was light and not overwhelming, and I drank it in large gulps and ended up drinking 80% of it. 😲 Personally, I like the flat noodles that are unique to Kitakata.
