More Comments at Google MapHotel Okura, one of the three most prestigious hotels, is also known for operating its own restaurant. Tokarin, which is operated by the same company, is one of the famous Chinese restaurants representing Japan that has created the history of high-end Chinese cuisine. Nowadays, there are more and more high-end Chinese restaurants, and there are even more sophisticated and sophisticated restaurants, but when Japanese people think of Chinese food, Toukarin is the place to go! I think it's a restaurant that can be said to be the origin of Chinese cuisine in Japan, where you can enjoy the basic menu that reminds you of it more deliciously than anywhere else. We recommend the crab egg and shark fin soup, as well as the traditional menu such as spring rolls and mapo tofu. In the summer, I highly recommend the chilled tantanmen with plenty of ingredients and just the right amount of sourness.
It's been a long time since I've been to the store. Excellent customer service with professional staff. The food is also exquisitely seasoned while making the most of the goodness of the ingredients! Even if it is not on the menu, they will make it according to your request as much as possible. When my body is tired, it's Chinese food. I will ask again.
When I stayed in Okura, I received room service from Toukarin. I was very impressed with how delicious it was, so this time I went to the store in Nihonbashi. I ordered a course for around 6000 yen. From appetizers to desserts, everything was carefully prepared and delicious. I was impressed by how plump the shrimp in the shrimp chili dish was and how tender the fillet was. I was worried that it would be noisy since there were small children with me, but the elderly waiter spoke to me kindly and told jokes, which made me feel at home.
