A little disappointed because the photos in the menu shows what looks like spicy tantanmen style ramen but was told they only serve shoyu or shio base. Nevertheless order the shoyu ramen and it was excellent and delicious. Would definitely go back. The service and hospitality were exceptionally good. Noticed the chef in the kitchen and he thanked us as we were leaving also saw a couple of crispy pork loin ready to be cut and placed on top of a ramen. Boy I would have loved to slice it and eat with a cold beer. Anyway, enjoy the ramen.

I had the Nagaoka Chinese noodles. This was my first time having Nagaoka ramen, so I don't know if it's authentic, but it had a good ginger flavor and was refreshingly delicious. It seems perfect for the day after a hangover. The inside of the store has 4 seats x 4, so the rotation seems to be extremely difficult. It feels like an old-fashioned soba restaurant. If there were seats for one or two people, the rotation would probably go up.

This shop is about 7-8 minutes walk from Gotano Station. As soon as I arrived, I was able to get acquainted with the information. It seems like this is a popular restaurant for tsuke soba, so next time I'll try the tsuke soba. The soup stock was a seafood soup, so it had a seafood flavor and was rich enough that I drank it all.
