It's crowded at lunch, but it's polite anyway, and the wait time (about 20 minutes for ramen dumplings) doesn't bother you. I was really surprised that the chashu was delicious. Depending on the day, the part and taste may differ. I ate ramen around Takenotsuka Station, but the char siu here is the best.
