It's on the left after walking through the Lumiere shopping street from the south exit of Shin-Koiwa Station. Unfortunately, I didn't go in after eating, but from what I saw from the outside, the aura of this famous restaurant emanated from the exterior's visuals. I thought I would use it the next time I come here. 😊

I often have stir-fried vegetables and meat bowls. Thank you for providing us with the same taste and reasonable prices for a long time. When I visited the store, I was deeply moved by the memories of visiting the store on Saturday afternoons during my high school days, as the store remained unchanged.

This shop is located at the end of the long shopping street in front of Shin-Koiwa Station. It's a store I've always wanted to visit, and today I went in for the first time. It's an old-fashioned Chinese ramen shop in the city. To prevent the new coronavirus, there was disinfectant at the entrance and a small sign saying ``We are limiting the number of people.'' I passed through the red curtains typical of Chinese soba restaurants and the long whitish curtains, and when I made eye contact with the staff, they invited me in. The customers were seated separately, one at the counter and one at a four-person table, and there were so many customers that I thought I was probably the last one seated this way. Inside the store, there was a sign posted in large letters that said ``Silent Eating,'' and I was impressed with how well they had taken measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Well, for this order, I decided to order bean sprout soba, which tends to be unique depending on the restaurant. Is the soup a little salty? However, even if you keep eating it for a long time, you will never get tired of it. The bean sprouts of bean sprout soba are covered with white bean paste. I was happy because this was another traditional bean sprout soba. I think bean sprout soba without bean paste is evil... Bean sprout soba is like a white bean sprout on top of a soy sauce-flavored soup, so if you're the type of person who likes to stir it up and eat it right away, it might be a bit of a waste. I first enjoy the white bean paste and bean sprouts, then enjoy the soy sauce-flavored soup peeking out from the side of the bean paste. After that, I started eating noodles. Of course I put off the side because I didn't want to stir it. Eating it this way allows you to enjoy the white bean paste, soy sauce-flavored soup, and noodles, so we recommend it. As expected, the soup was very salty, so I didn't drink it till the end. It was a shame to leave it behind. Anyway, it was a delicious bean sprout soba that I could eat till the end without getting tired of it. Thank you for the meal. Is the clerk a bit of a scary old man? was cooking the food, and a young woman was manning the hall. I thought the female clerk was similar to ski jumper Sara Takanashi. Although my grandfather sometimes scolded me, he was also very friendly. After all, the ramen shop in town is definitely Chinese noodles. I think it's much more delicious than the weird pork bone ramen shop that pops up. I would definitely like to go back and try the fried rice and basic ramen.
