The most delicious Chinese food in Koiwa. Aside from being clean and dirty, this is an old, well-established store. The menu is a hybrid of town Chinese food and reasonable hotel Chinese food. Their signature menu is a liver bowl topped with pork liver, kimchi, broken egg, and sunny lettuce. Other popular menu items are shrimp salt soba and shiitake mushroom sauce soba. This can also be made into yakisoba. Of particular note are the ankake-based and egg-based dishes in general. I can see that the master's skills are reliable. The seasonings, such as the light and rich salty taste and the sweet oyster soy sauce, are excellent and will definitely impress the customers. Some people say that the delivery time is a problem, but because the master makes each item carefully, you don't have to worry about it at all. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to Koiwa people who are disappointed with the Chinese restaurants around the station.

It's old Chinese food, but it's delicious and the portions are large. It looks like the regular holiday is Wednesday, not Tuesday.
