Koganei, Tokyo, Japan｜Ippei Soba

The place was clean, comfy and spacious, unlike most ramen or noodle shops in Tokyo. The location was a bit far from Higashi-Koganei Station, but it was worth the walk. The noodles were not hard, yet not chewy. The seasoning was perfect. They have free additional seasonings that you can add during eating, so it doesn't get boring. I personally recommend combining red-ginger+mayonaise, or red chili+sesame seed. Their gyoza was also delicious. The place is run by a family, I heard. They have been running the place for years, which explains the exquisite taste. Definitely going back a second time soon.

Great taste of Soba. Many choices for you to try. Reasonable price you can select a normal size or if you want a big size is 100¥ more but you will get a huge amount of Soba. Close to Hosei University and Edo Tokyo open air museum. Very delicious soba good for noodle lover to try.
