I wanted to go even more than before. Takeoka style ramen Fujiya is finally here! The blackness of the soup is so impressive that you'll be impressed as soon as you put on the rice bowl!And the aroma of the fluffy chashu... Let's eat it! ah! ! delicious! The flavor, aroma, aroma, and sweetness are so great that you can't believe it's just a broth made from chashu pork. ...It's bursting in your mouth! Shockingly delicious! Although the soup is pitch black, it doesn't feel salty at all. And noodles. Although the noodles are thin, they have a strong and rebounding texture. When you bite into it, it's sticky! It feels like it's coming. Menma has a chewy texture and a light flavor that goes well with the soup. And after all, the Takeoka style is all about onions. Seasonal toppings are recommended. When I ordered ramen, I thought green onions were a must-have condiment. I prefer Takeoka-style ramen to Umenoya.

It is Takeoka-style ramen that is quite addictive. Most of the customers ordered the fried rice set. However, it was not as bad as it looked, and it was honestly delicious ramen 😋 I want to come again!
