The staff were energetic and the ramen was delicious! ! ! I can see why they are lined up 😊 This is a store I would like to use again♪

It was kind of delicious. Entered the store around 11:20 on weekdays. There were 2 customers in front and 8 people in the back. I ordered the Ajitama Ramen (920 yen). The noodles arrive immediately after ordering. I later realized that since the noodles are thin, the boiling time is short. The amount of backfat doesn't seem to be that much when you look at the soup. I think it would be good to increase it. However, the sweetness of the back fat remains in your mouth for a while after eating, so it may be okay to eat normal. I was satisfied with both the noodles and the soup, but I felt that the taste and size of the flavored egg, chashu pork, and menma were weak.
