Revisit in June 2023 Ramen average (3 pieces of 300g) 900 yen Saturday around 3pm, there are two male staff and about half of the seats are occupied. Better with vegetables. It's the usual visual, but compared to two months ago, the noodles were less wrinkled and felt a little smoother. (It's satisfying to eat. There are subtle differences, and I guess it's just my preference.) Also, even with the default setting, it felt like vinegar was added to the ramen soup. (This is not a problem since I add vinegar at the end and eat the entire soup, but not everyone likes vinegar, so it would be nice to be able to call the amount of vinegar.) Past visit (April 2023) It was around 3pm on Saturday, and about half of the seats were spinning. This time, I went with ramen (300g of noodles, 3 pieces of pork, 900 yen) and better vegetables. The amount of bean sprouts is doubled, and it feels very heavy when you hold it. Is the total weight over 1kg? First, eat by cutting off part of the mountain of vegetables (mostly bean sprouts). It's easier to eat if you add a little flavor to it with the kaeshi (sauce) on the table. It took 2-3 minutes for the noodles to be pulled out. I like the bean sprouts to be crunchy. Adding a bit of garlic, Chinese flowers, or black pepper makes it even easier to eat. The slightly hard, medium-thick, curly Auchon noodles are delicious, so you'll never get tired of them. In the end, I finished the soup, but this amount is the limit to what I can eat deliciously. I think you can also add vinegar if you like. This store also receives a fair amount of Uber orders. There are many ramen shops in the Gyotoku area and competition is fierce, so I hope they do their best for the second year. Past visit (October 2022) 3rd Bali man store. 3 minutes walk from the north exit of Gyotoku Station. A popular ramen shop that opened this year along the Kamonegi shopping street. Use it after 3pm on Saturdays, when there are fewer people. I learned about the store's location and atmosphere on YouTube (Tsujita Box), but it was closer to the station than I expected, and the inside of the store seemed small (I think the aisle behind the counter was a bit cramped). I haven't gone all the way to the back, but it seems to have some depth. The shop is staffed by two young foreigners, a man and a woman. The food ticket machine is located at the entrance and is cash only. There are paper aprons and water (self-service) next to the ticket machine. Tissues are placed under the counter. This time, I ordered ramen with 3 pieces of 300g pork and Karame. 900 yen. Served after waiting 5 minutes. The bean sprouts are crunchy and the pork is thick and meaty. I wonder if it was a good thing that I didn't use abrasion this time. The soup was perfect and I drank it all. Along the way, I threw in a large amount of chopped garlic (I use a food processor) and chives (I roast them every day). The noodles are medium-thick, flat, hard, and cooked just right. The thickness and hardness go perfectly with the caramelized pork bone soup, and you'll want to keep eating it forever. Although the finish is similar to the Shinbashi main store, and the amount of bra is slightly different depending on the store, I think Bali Otoko is the one with less blurring. If you are in a pinch, we recommend 200g of noodles (850 yen). Deliciousness ★★★★★ (same as the main store) Beautiful presentation★★★ (average) Amount ★★★★ (300g) Price/cospa★★ (from 850 yen) The store is clean and clean ★★★★★ (easy to enter even for women) Good rotation★★★ (not bad)

2023.6 updated It was even more delicious than when it first opened! You can really feel the smell and richness of pork bones, and the taste is a little strong and doesn't overpower the moisture of the ingredients. I wonder if it was refreshing and differentiating before? I felt that way, but after eating this time, I realized that maybe I was half-hearted before. I like it better now! ! I wish they would fix it because there are a lot of flies in the store! But I'm glad it turned out delicious! A very Jiro-style soup with a strong smell, thick noodles, bean sprouts, melty pork belly, and sweet flavored eggs. Even if the amount is average, it's voluminous, so it might be better for the average person to eat it lightly, but if you're a woman, you might feel like it's a lot even if it's a little. I feel like people who care about things like that won't become Jiro-type people! I was able to adjust the garlic myself and change the taste with the pungent spices, which kept me entertained until the end!

Visited again on a public holiday. When I bought a meal ticket and put it on the counter, the company president, Kazu, was there. The atmosphere inside the store changes just because Kazu-san is there. If customer service improves, the already delicious ramen will become even better. It's a synergistic effect. The ramen is an addictive pork bone soup with crunchy bean sprouts and thick noodles. Although it is Jiro-inspired ramen, I find it more delicious and addictive than Jiro-san. After finishing the meal, Kazu-san said thank you for finishing the meal and I went home feeling good. The ramen atmosphere was awesome.
