A ramen shop near Ichikawamama Station. Although I was interested, I couldn't go because I couldn't find the time, but I finally found time to visit. Around 1:30pm on weekdays. 1 previous customer. After that, 3 people came in and the only 5 seats at the counter were full. Well, there are two tables in the parlor in the back. It's a one-off operation run by the shop owner (right?), so it would be a bit difficult to accommodate more than that. I ordered the rich dried sardines (750 yen) + large size (+100 yen). arrival. The noodles are neatly arranged. You can't do this at a ramen shop run by a part-time worker... The ingredients are plenty of coarsely chopped onions, two slices of chashu, komatsuna, and seaweed. And it's so rich that the back fat is floating. The noodles are thin, have a firm texture, and have a nice aroma. I think the soup is a little dark. It has a bit of a fishy smell, but it has a strong sardine and soy sauce flavor, and the backfat is my favorite combination. There are two pieces of chashu with a strong flavor. Menma is a menma that doesn't have much of a feature. As for the onions, I use spicy onions that don't remove the spiciness, and I think this amount of onions are fine for niboshi soy sauce ramen. The komatsuna is crunchy and a nice accent. This is delicious. Cheap in price. However, due to lack of time, I can't go there during business hours...

This is a ramen shop where you will get addicted to the light taste and smell. Locals. When I first ate it, I thought, ``Even though it's light, it has a strong smell of dried sardines,'' and I didn't think I'd like it again after that. I end up going there several times a year. It's my favorite store now.
