This is my favorite shop since it was in Shin-Matsudo. I used to like the atmosphere of Shin-Matsudo, but I'm glad that the store changed its name last year and moved to be closer to home. They had kelp water tsukemen so I had it. The boiled kelp water was just right and it was very delicious. I also liked the way you sprinkled sea salt on the noodles. I tried the kelp water made by Iida Shoten a long time ago, and I don't think it's as good as it could be. I've been seeing it in a lot of stores lately, so I guess it's a trend. Various limited menus will also be available for you to enjoy. For those who don't have enough for one bowl, we recommend the seasoned noodles.
Ramen New Matsudo moved from Shin-Matsudo to Minoridai. Luckily, there was no wait when I visited after 1pm on weekdays. On my first visit, I received white soy sauce, so this time I ordered special soy sauce. The soup has a mild, slightly sweet flavor with all the chicken and seafood coming together without any standout. The noodles are straight, thin noodles with a crisp texture. There is not just one type of char siu, but each one is different, so you can eat it without getting bored. The whitebait rice and ginger soy sauce go well with the soup, making it a complete meal! Next time I will come back to try the salt ramen!
