IT'S ONLY GOTTEN BETTER!!! UPDATE: Hooboy! They have added a new Lobster bisque ramen to the menu for winter, and wow 👌🏼 the short story is, It's Amazing! It really pushes ramen to whole new level. The development of lobster & shrimp flavor in the dashi is extreme in the best of ways. It reminds me of the depth of flavor of 20+year shrimp broth I've had In Malaysia. It pairs extreemly well with the toppings and noodles, and I was extreemly pleased to have ordered omori and extra Chau shu as I had noodles and meat to go with every bit. MAGNIFICO!!! --Orginal-- Really flavorfull white bone broth. The protiens and vegetables went really well together for a very unique flavor. You could tell alot of thought went into all the preperation. Good noodles, my only minor complaint is that the regular noodle portion could be a little larger. Even so i fully enjoyed the meal, and will happily return again for more.

Flavored egg white salt: 1,000 yen Chicken mayo bowl: 300 yen Super dry medium bottle: 600 yen It looks white, but when you dig through the ingredients and noodles, you can see a light brown soup. As stated in the explanation at the counter, the soup is made with chicken bones, chicken maple leaves, and whole chicken stock, as well as beef plain water, and is very flavorful. It has a high degree of perfection, and even after eating it completely, it doesn't make your stomach feel heavy. Thin noodles also go well with it. The pork and chicken char siew have the flavor of the meat, but are less greasy, so they don't interfere with the elegance of the soup. The colors of the vegetables are also beautiful. I think this is more like creative ramen than chicken paitan. No complaints. The mayonnaise in the chicken mayo bowl is not just mayonnaise, but I think it's probably a trick mayo mixed with a little vinegar or something. The beer glasses were served properly chilled. The staff are cheerful, and you can tell that they want to serve delicious food, making them highly likable. It was a very satisfying moment.

It was my first taste of delicious ramen! Although it was rich, it was a potage-like soup that you could drink till the end. When I added lemon juice for a different taste, the flavor changed completely and it was delicious till the end. I was also happy that the owner was very friendly and didn't have that "eat quickly and go home" atmosphere that is typical of ramen restaurants.
