Matsudo, Chiba, Japan｜Ramen Ibushi

I came here because I wanted to try smoked pork and smoked char siu. I received 5 pieces of chashu noodles, smoked egg, and extra seaweed. I wanted to try two types of char siu, so I asked about it and was told that if I ordered char siu noodles, I could have both, so I ordered two of them smoked and one non-smoked. It might have been better the other way around! ? There were various seasonings and I enjoyed the different flavors. It was a really beautiful shop. Also, the staff was wonderful. I would like to visit again.

I visited with two couples around 20:00 on weekdays. We had tsukemen that looks like cold pork shabu-shabu, which is limited to summer! You can choose the firmness of the noodles and the strength of the flavor. It was refreshing and delicious♪ My husband probably ordered pork bone soy sauce topped with rock seaweed. I thought it would be nice to feel more rock seaweed than other stores! It seemed that you could choose the hardness of the noodles, the strength of the flavor, and the amount of oil! Almond tofu shaved ice was the most hit and I want to eat it again 😁 I will visit you again if I have a chance!

I got a char siu noodle and a half char siu bowl. I really liked the combination of medium-thick noodles and soup. It's not enough to eat a lot, but when you want to eat ramen and rice, it's nice to have a half-char siu rice bowl setting. The smoked char siu had a plump and firm taste, and I was impressed with the flavor that spreads in my mouth and is worthy of the name "smoked". There are both a counter and a large table, and there is also a basket for luggage, so I thought it would be nice to go alone or in a group because the service is meticulous.
