Ichikawa, Chiba, Japan｜Ramen Sorenari

Finally, I found a delicious Japanese ramen shop. It is basically the most delicious one I have eaten in Tokyo (of course, I don’t eat much Japanese ramen). After tasting it by chance, I have been thinking about it and have eaten it four times a week. Still a bit salty. The braised eggs are very delicious. The noodles are cooked just right. It has a light fragrance and a clear soup.

one of best chicken ramen i ever have. the chicken cook with charcoal grill. definitely will back here again. ah, the owner also kind and greatly help even i can't read japanese. he instruct me how to make an order. great man.

Really authentic place off the beaten path. Machine ordering and few tourists from what we could tell since it’s in no mans land between the sky tree and the mall. The smoked soy bowl is very worth trying.
