Very excellent tsukemen.

Tsukemen is good. The smooth noodles are really delicious. At first glance, you may think that the dipping sauce is the familiar tonkotsu (pork bone) seafood, but it is actually moderately smooth and goes well with the noodles. Sprinkling lemon juice is also very GENTEN-like. I want to eat this all the time in the summer. It's so delicious. I visited for the first time in several years, but the owner still loves to talk. There was a customer who talked a little about how to eat, but the shop owner responded with various stories. You can tell that he really likes ramen. People who find that sort of thing annoying should never talk to the owner. Eat quietly. It is a shop that offers a hearty and memorable cup. Vertex at the origin. Go and eat and you'll see.

The seafood and pork bones were delicious, and the thin noodles were chewy and delicious. The mixed soba also looked delicious, so I'd like to try it next time.
