Ordering instructions are posted inside the store, and the store staff will kindly ask you to customize your order, so even beginners of the Jiro style can order with ease! The inside of the store is not large, but it is clean and there is a luggage storage. I've only been there twice so far, so I haven't seen any female customers other than myself, but personally I think it's easy for a single woman to come in! The soup is emulsified. The depth of flavor is just right. If you want to use Yasai Mashi or Aburamashi, it would be better to use Karame. Personally, I like the combination of the saltiness of the kaeshi, the sweetness of the oil, and the punch of the garlic! The meat is quite large, but it's stewed tender and has a lot of flavor! I love the meat here! The greens are crispy, but once soaked in the soup, they become firm and delicious. The hardness of the noodles was just right, and I was able to eat them deliciously without having to stretch until the last bite! I try to get as hungry as I can every time I eat, but I end up feeling full after a normal portion. I imagined that it would be great if I stirred the rice with the leftover soup and raw egg, but I didn't have enough space, so I quietly left the restaurant lol I want to reach that point someday...!!

I visit once a week. There are many menus other than ramen, and all of them are delicious. The pork is so delicious that I bought some roasted pork as a souvenir to enjoy at home.
