Ichikawa, Chiba, Japan｜瓢

I had Tsukesoba and roast beef bowl. The inside of the store is quiet and there is a bit of tension. I didn't take any photos of the menu or the exterior, as photography of anything other than the products is prohibited. Tsukesoba is thick noodles with rich seafood soup stock and chicken broth. When I tried eating it, it was a little salty. I didn't take a photo, so I don't remember much, but I think it said to be careful not to soak the tsukesoba in too much soup. I tried soaking it about half of the time and eating it, but it seems like I was right. It was very delicious. The roast beef bowl had a lot of solid meat on it. 400 yen feels like a good deal. I think it's good for people who don't have enough of a large portion. I'm a light eater, so I got carried away and ordered too much. Next time, I would like to try Chinese soba, dried sardines Chinese soba, or mazesoba.

November 2021 I happened to pass by the store and stopped in without knowing anything about it. Mazesoba 800 yen I don't usually go out to eat ramen, but the taste and attention to detail was amazing. The restaurant felt a little tense, but if you're a normal person eating normally, there shouldn't be any problems. It was delicious. It was a feast.

I went there for the first time. I received Mazesoba. The atmosphere was nice, the prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. The noodles were chewy and the eggs were delicious. If I have another chance, I would like to try the roast beef bowl next time.
