Is this enough to add more spinach? It's so delicious that it has spinach in it. The char siu tastes good too◎ You can adjust the firmness of the noodles, the intensity of the flavor, and the amount of oil to your liking. I prefer to use just a little more oil and keep everything else normal.

It was a delicious ramen where you can enjoy the Rokkaku family lineage, which is a direct descendant of the Yoshimura family, the head of the family. It was nice to be able to eat without having to go all the way to Totsuka 😍
