Chiba, Japan｜Tokyo Tonkotsu Base Made By Hakata-Ippudo at Perie Kaihinmakuhari

I think this ramen is as good as Ippudo. Recommend for easy meal around the station.

This is a tonkotsu ramen shop located in Perrier near Kaihin Makuhari Station. Judging from the store's name, I wonder if it's a Tokyo tonkotsu ramen business run by Ippudo? I accepted it. What I ordered was Pork bone boiled egg 940 yen Unlike Ippudo's ramen, the soup had a refreshing taste with less of the unique flavor of pork bones. Of course the noodles are thin. It didn't seem like there was any garlic in it. It wasn't even on the table, only red ginger and mustard mustard greens were set up. This is probably the difference from Hakata's tonkotsu ramen. When I arrived at exactly 11:45, most of the seats were empty, but by the time I finished eating at 12:00, there was a line. Inside the store, there are only counter seats, and the chairs are fixed. Many female customers also visited the store. I guess the fact that it doesn't smell like pork bones or garlic is what makes this tonkotsu ramen so popular among women. A replacement ball costs 150 yen. It seems that half-replacement balls are available for 100 yen. When you want to eat a little more, it's nice to have a half-replacement ball. Also, I was left with a very positive impression of the staff's very pleasant customer service.
