My favorite Kurumaya ramen from a long time ago. Of course I ordered my favorite green onion miso ramen. It's a taste that makes you want to eat it sometimes. The miso used in Kurumaya Ramen is Hokkaido miso. The aroma of miso, of course, and the secret spicy soy sauce are added to create and protect this taste that makes us fascinated. It was almost full before 12:00 on a weekday. There were many people asking for fried rice and set meals. The friendly customer service made me feel as if I had returned to my parents' home, and I was energized from noon. The medium-thick curly noodles are often entwined with the thick garlic-flavored soup. It was gone in no time. I regretted that I could have added gyoza. Please note that it is closed on Tuesdays.
