It's light but has a strong taste. The soup is very delicious. The noodles are medium thick and curly. Although the Chinese noodles look simple, the soy sauce-flavored soup made with dashi stock was so delicious that it could stand as a meal on its own. There are a bit too many noodles even in the normal portion, so women may want to order less noodles. My companion asked for a flavored egg, so I got some, but the flavored egg was also excellent. The staff were also very nice. I had given up on it because it was always very crowded, but this time I went early and got in line. I was able to get in after lining up for about 30 minutes. It's close to the station, so it's nice to be able to come by train.

I ordered the grilled pork wonton with a flavored egg!! Soup, noodles, char siu, and wontons are all delicious ingredients! It is a ramen that you will never forget once you eat it. It was the best m(__)m

I came 15 minutes before opening and waited 35 minutes. It's a popular restaurant, so I think I'll come a little earlier next time... This time, I enjoyed salt-grilled pork wonton noodles with seasoned eggs (all on top), delicious grilled pork with three different parts of the meat and tender wontons, and salt soup made with my favorite scallops and roasted shrimp powder. Of course, the noodles are homemade and handmade. It's a stable taste!
