Kamagaya, Chiba, Japan｜Ramen Mononokokoro

The first time I had the Ajitama Tori Paiyu Ramen and Chicken Soboro Meshi, and the second time I had the Ajitama Kara Tantanmen (large serving, 3 spicy, coriander topping), both of which I really liked. The noodles are boiled to a firm texture with a little texture, which I also like. Cilantro goes well with tantanmen again. The plain soup is a thick soup with a good smell of chicken, but it's not strong at all and you can't stop drinking it. The tantanmen soup is authentic with the scent of sesame seeds. I'm a spicy person, so I'm okay with 3 spicy, but it was still quite spicy. If you want spicy, would you like 1 spicy? Will try other ramen again. I ate a combination of tantan noodles, horse meat bowl and boiled gyoza. All of them had a gentle taste without any habit and were very delicious. The store is clean and the staff are friendly.

The soup of the chicken paitan was thick and the two types of chashu were very delicious.I like that they are particular about using ingredients that are good for the body.
