Great tonkotsu ramen. They use white miso which gives the soup a lighter flavour profile. Just lovely!

It was a rich miso ramen. It contains butter, and when you melt it and eat it, it becomes mellow and has a different taste! Great when you're hungry! !

Ajitama miso ramen is exquisite 😊 It's the best with butter and garlic!
