The best tsukemen I ever tasted. Noodles is thick, eggs was perfect, menma was sweet and thick cut and many nori sheets. Soup is so rich and delicious! Ordered small size 225gram and I am full. Regular size 300gram, large size 375gram with the same price. It’s good value.

I don't think there are many types of oil soba that are based on seafood powder. Are you sure it has the same ingredients as tapioca? I think this is a unique ramen with medium-thick noodles, and the unique taste of vinegar, pepper, and garlic on the table that won't leave the eater feeling bored. I think people who are addicted to it will be very addicted to it, but some people may not be surprised or impressed.

Sera's abura soba is my favorite out of all the abura soba I've ever eaten. Personally, I like to eat it by mixing it well at first and then eating it as is, and then when it has reduced a little, I add vinegar, garlic, and other seasonings of my choice, and finally, when there are only two mouthfuls left, I ask for some soup.
