Without a doubt, Motoyawata's best ramen/tsukemen shop. My favorites are salt ramen, salt sardine tsukemen, and barley miso tsukemen. There are various menus, but they are non-miso and miso-based. The non-miso type is basically salt, and the dark type is soy sauce. It's a bit salty overall, but I think it's within an acceptable range unless it's very salty. I want you to try the salt ramen first! The sparkling noodles and soup come out. If you find this too salty, I can't recommend it anymore. Personally, it's just fine. Although the salted sardine tsukemen is a little salty, I like the sardine and the strong taste. And for salty lovers, we recommend the Koikuchi series. My friend said it was delicious. On the other hand, barley miso has a sweet and gentle taste. This menu is recommended for those who don't like salt. I used to enjoy blancmange, a dessert made by a former French chef, but it seems like they stopped making it after the coronavirus, which is a shame...It was so delicious that I always ate dessert without ordering a large portion. The downside is that it's far from the station and the lines are tight. The aim is to visit the store between 11:00 and 11:30 on weekdays!
My first time with vegetables. I ordered salted bonito tsukemen. The noodles are thick, smooth and chewy and delicious. The soup was made with seafood and the salt complemented it, and I thought it would be light, but it had a strong flavor. The chashu was also very delicious. The other is a large serving of soy sauce ramen. It had a rounded taste with dark soy sauce. (Taste level)
