Wow after a year of trying Ramen in Japan, this easily is in my top 2!!! And 100 yen Kaidama (refill)! The noodles are nice and firm, but the broth with the addition of garlic is where this ramen really signs. It’s one of the very few ramens that I actually will drink the broth because it is so good!

Delicious Ramen

This is a salt pork bone ramen shop. My husband recommended it and I went there with him. The simplest ramen. I have a weak stomach, so I ordered a little less oil. The thin noodles and the soup went perfectly together, both were delicious!! Also, I was correct in using less oil. I drank my husband's regular soup, but I realized he couldn't finish it all (lol) The chashu was thick and juicy, small in size but just right. That's why I enjoyed my ramen, including the soup. I was very satisfied and would like to go again!! Since it was a Saturday night, there was quite a line of people, but the rotation was quick so I was able to get a seat right away. The inside of the restaurant is more than double that of the ramen shops I often go to, and there is a tatami room, so it seemed like it could accommodate a large group. The staff was lively (I wonder if the main female staff is a specialty?), the interior was a bit like a casual restaurant, and the restrooms were clean. Please be careful as the parking lot is difficult for beginners (lol)
